This series marks a renewed connection to painting and to place. Created in a new studio, each work is made through a soak-staining process on unprimed canvas, allowing pigment to move freely and settle into soft, floating forms.

Each painting holds moments where place, emotion, and memory seem to float through space, absorbed into the canvas itself. Framed in California maple, the works capture quiet shifts in light, time, and atmosphere — traces of life distilled into color.
